Flux coated low temperature brazing filler metal with high silver content.

ISO 3677: B Ag 30 Cu Zn Cd 600 - 900

Applications:

  • Capillary brazing of steels, malleable cast irons, copper and copper alloys, nickel, hard metals, as well as joints between the various above-named metals. Apparatus construction, precision mechanics, precision tools, fittings manufacture, installation work, joints on copper conductors, series production.

Characteristics:

  • Silver brazing alloy for low temperature working. Very good fluidity and capillary flow, very good gapbridging characteristics.

Source of Heat:

  • Oxy-Acetylene torch, gas-air torch, blow-lamp, furnace, high frequency induction.

Flux:

  • F305 (Already flux coated for ease of use.)

  • 1.5mm x 500mm
  • 2.0mm x 500mm
